Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Levi was thrilled with the opportunity to bring the Lunatic Fringe brand to Boise in December of 2008. With a degree in Business Management from the University of Utah, Levi found his true calling when he met his wife/business partner Andrea Hemmer who has worked with Lunatic Fringe since 2003. Living in Utah and as a guest of Lunatic Fringe, Levi was so impressed by the culture of the salon he wanted to find a way to be a part of it.

Levi has a passion for growing people in the industry. Being able to give Boise professionals not only a job, but also a viable career in hairdressing, has been his dream since day one. He also thrives on providing an exceptional guest experience and building meaningful relationships with everyone who visits Lunatic Fringe.
