Lauren has been a part of the Lunatic Fringe family since 2014.  She knew she wanted to be a part of a salon group that, like her, was focused on education, growth, and an amazing guest experience. Lauren joined the ranks of ownership in 2018 when she took over the Union Heights location. In October 2023, Lauren relocated Lunatic Fringe Union Heights to Sandy in a brand-new expanded location. The new location became Lunatic Fringe Willow Creek.

In leadership Lauren is most passionate about creating a team that grows together, as well as watching her team come together as a family. She loves invoking unforgettable experiences in the salon, for both guests and stylists alike.

Behind the chair, Lauren specializes in elegant colors, barbering, Brazilian Blowouts, and color corrections. Lauren cherishes the lifelong relationships and memories she builds with her guests.

When not in the Salon, you can find Lauren creating at her pottery studio or traveling with her son, Quinten.
