Perms are back and Chloe is your girl! She has a knack for creating the perfect perm by accounting for guests’ hair type, texture, and lifestyle.  Chloe also specializes in blonding and fashion colors.

Chloe wanted a head start on her journey through the beauty industry and started cosmetology school while still in high school. She graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Salt Lake City in 2021 and stared on our team right after.

Born and raised in Utah, she’s always been familiar with Lunatic Fringe and is honored to have her first job out of school in this wonderful salon environment. Every day is a new opportunity for growth, experience, and doing what she loves. Chloe is inspired by current trends and the people around her. She loves making her guests feel their best, most beautiful selves.
