I’ve been behind the chair for 9 years, and for the last 4 I’ve been lucky to call Lunatic Fringe home. I started out ‘baby barbering’ (no straight razor), and over the years I’ve found my true passion in short haircuts—the detail, the personality, and the confidence they bring out never get old. That said, I love keeping my hands in everything, from longer layered looks to complete transformations.
My approach to hair is simple: you shouldn’t have to do it if you don’t want to. I focus on creating cuts that look effortless and easy to live in, so your style works with your life—not the other way around. Working at Lunatic Fringe has been such a gift—I value the creativity, education, and energy here, and I love being part of a team that pushes each other to grow while keeping things authentic. When I’m not behind the chair, I’m usually hanging out with my two cats, Max and Junipur, who pretty much run the house. I’m a big reader, and lately crocheting has completely taken over my life (and my living room). I love being outside—porch sitting, camping, or just soaking up some fresh air—as long as the bugs stay far, far away. For me, a perfect day off looks like good coffee, a cozy book, a crochet project or two, and some quality time with my cats.
