Hi, I’m Maddie! I manage the social media for both of our Ohio salon locations and operate the front desk, which means I’m often the first point of contact for our guests — whether they’re calling to book an appointment, or walking through our doors! I take a lot of pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for everyone, and I love being someone my team can count on to help keep the day running smoothly.

I originally went to cosmetology school and worked behind the chair for several years before 2020. I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry, but in 2020, I decided to go back to school to expand my skills. I graduated in 2022 with a degree in Communications, and now I get to combine my knowledge of the salon world with my love for digital media by managing our social platforms. Creating content, engaging with our audience, and showing off our talented team is one of my favorite parts of my role.

Outside of work, I’m a huge Star Wars fan and an all-around pop culture nerd. I love watching anime, playing video games, and listening to K-pop (especially on long drives). I’m also a bit of a thrill-seeker — I’ve ridden 54 different roller coasters so far, and I’m always looking for my next adventure. When I’m not online or on the go, you can usually find me hanging out with my husband, Sam, and our two energetic Australian Shepherds, Ziggy and Stardust.
